Sad Demise of Shri H K Kaul Founder Director of DELNET

We regret to inform you that the sad demise of Shri H. K. Kaul Great Librarian and Founder Director of DELNET (Developing Library Network) in the morning today as on 1st July 2020 due to Coronavirus.

May his soul rest in peace 🙏🙏🙏

Dr. Kaul was a Great Librarian, A poet, A Mentor, Bibiliographer, Author of many books, always remembered for his work in the field of Library Science and development of Library network in the County (India).
